This is a Remote Position located in the USA for our company that is located in Newton MA

***MUST HAVE MEDICAL IMAGING PM EXPERIENCE ***

SUMMARY:

Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Creates project charter and manages the scope of the project, including customer priorities and expectations of product and services.
  2. Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract.
  3. Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
  4. Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
  5. Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties. Creates and uses project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities
  6. Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develops effective action plans for resolution, including the timely escalation of project issues or risks.
  7. Provides leadership, direction and communication for customers and Paxera Health project team.
  8. Accurately forecasts current and future go-live project along with quarterly revenue for each assigned project.
  9. Uses governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, and basecamp, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively manage all projects.
  10. Performs project and workflow designs.
  11. Develops and delivers effective presentations to departmental managers, colleagues, clients, distributors and other stakeholder groups as needed to manage projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prefer knowledge of Basecamp
  • Specific knowledge of Medical Imaging is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with PaxeraHealth solutions.
  • Must be technologically proficient. CIIP certification is helpful.


COMPETENCIES

  • Proven customer service skills, including timely response to user’s inquiries and/or complaints.
  • Ability to apply professional and soft skills necessary to get projects done
  • A general understanding of medical imaging and the challenges faced by professionals in this industry.
  • Strong proven organizational Skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-recognized project management methodologies.
  • Understands customers clinical workflows
  • Ability to effectively maintain project schedule and timeline
  • Professional demeanor and friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Experience writing scope of work.
  • Able to effectively complete project closure including, customer acknowledgement, and transition to Technical Support
  • Possesses healthcare project management experience and demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Compliant with forecasting and backlog management processes
  • Collaboration Skills/Negotiation skills
  • Able to effectively work across multiple departments (e.g. Technical Support, Sales,)
  • Demonstrates effective communication and engagement with customer
