Job Description

:

:The Project Manager – Hiring Process Optimization will provide project management support for complex projects and technology implementations to strategically transform the hourly hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize change management best practices to ensure a focus on driving adoption and execution of business drivers.
  • Assist HR and field operations in deploying internal projects with branding and communications.
  • Develop and implement project goals, timeline, tools and success measures.
  • Leverage the appropriate internal resources on your projects as well as partner with our external vendor partners.
  • Strategize with HR and the business to define the appropriate metrics and measures to prove ROI, reinforce positive behavior & enable success.
  • Change Management
  • Project Manage the HireVue platform implementation for over 10,000 stores.
  • Project Management
  • Collaborate with internal integration consultants on both standard and custom integration projects.
  • Work as part of a team on projects, owning/delivering defined workstreams in partnership with HR and the retail field operations teams.
  • Assist clients in deploying internal projects such as branding and communication.
  • Manage project risks appropriately.
  • Deliver product training and product train-the-trainer sessions to the HR teams and the business.
  • Product Implementation & Consulting
  • Become a ‘trusted advisor’ for your implementation teams.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience with Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Project Management
  • Minimum 3 years managing projects or coordinating initiatives
