We are seeking an efficient, organized, and adept Project Manager who is comfortable working in a high-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with project management software. We are looking for a team-oriented professional with a positive outlook who strives to bring out the best in those around them.

Responsibilities:

-Perform as the Site Technical Representative for the

Owner

-Assist the Owner with defining and development of

Statements of Work

-Assist the Owner in the evaluation of bids from

Contractors

-Assist the Owner with Project Cost Budgeting

-Coordinate and Schedule Project Tasks and Phases

with Contractors as the Owner's Site Technical Representative.

Compensation/Schedule

-This position will be 1099

-Work schedule is expected to be project driven, but

with a base schedule of 5/8's, Monday-Friday.

-Per Diem is paid at the 2023 Established GSA Rate of

$193.00 per workday when living more than 50-miles from the project site.

-Two forms of Proof of Residence required to receive per diem.

Job Type: 1099-Contract; 1-year with option to

extend 1-year.

Pay: $58.50 Hourly

Experience level:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5

years of verifiable project management experience on projects with values

greater than $1M in value.

4-Year Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree

2-Year associate degree with 7 years of verifiable project management experience

High School Diploma with 10 years of verifiable project management experience.

Schedule:

The qualified candidate can expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a 4/10 or 5/8 work schedule. Weekends and some Holidays are to be expected to be required workdays through critical phases of

the project schedule(s).

Ability to commute/relocate:

Delaware: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

OSHA-30, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of start.
