Project Manager / Entry Level (Remote)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects according to agreed timelines and budgets
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
