This full time, Project Manager role for the Create Utah initiative provides administrative and project management support only to the Utah Public Education Department’s implementation of daily contract activities. Serves as a primary contact for K-12 Utah charter schools and districts (i.e., development, meetings, professional development production and distribution, administration, and reporting).
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Gather and communicate feedback to influence specific strategies with internal Adobe team as district programs are created.
- Craft communications for various social media, routine communications to the Local Education Agency and for Adobe.
- Responsible for ensuring LEA’s sign the required UETN license usage agreement and then assist their account activation.
- Establish relationships with UEN Directors and Local Education Agency (LEA) leadership to drive product activation and usage of Adobe Creative Cloud for Create Utah.
- Ensure timely and knowledgeable responses to ongoing customer
- Support Faculty / Staff Enablement and curriculum integration
- Collaborate with other Utah state level
- Partner with complimentary EdTech vendors to build co-branded
- Coordinate efforts with Create Utah and Higher Education institutions to bridge the story between K12 and HED. Arrange virtual and on-site product trainings, meetups, product challenges.
- Notify UEN program manager of any issues that may need to be addressed by LEA
- Work with Adobe Evangelists to plan activities that drive teacher community
- Problem-solve with district administration and IT admins on barriers to unlocking student and teacher active use inside and outside the classroom.
- Provide weekly status reports to UEN- program manager to include implementations in process and completed, number of licenses by LEA and any activities that should be shared with LEA leadership.

- Coordinate fieldtrips, workshops and tours at Adobe Lehi Office
- Provide monthly data activation to the Utah planning team and opportunities for training, challenges, strategies, etc.
- Share Adobe Product Updates with UETN, USBE and LEAs on all available tools and additions to the Adobe product suite.
- Travel requirement- Up to 50%
- Craft mutual success plan based on both student and teacher/staff activation aligned to UEN and Adobe initiatives that drive value for Create Utah and Adobe.
- Own and lead monthly multi-level Local Education Agency relationships from Superintendents, Principals, IT Leaders, and Educators.
- Weekly on-site meetings, in-person presentations with administrators, teachers, parent coordinators and school point of contacts.
Here’s what else might help you out:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as sales, partnerships, district administration, customer success, and account management, ideally having partnered with Utah Department of Education.
- The Project manager must be able to passes additional background checks required by Utah to work in public schools to work directly with the LEA’s (Employment Risk Insurance).
