Role Overview


We are looking for:


  • Our mission is to guide our people, merge the business models, and drive transformational progress.
  • Project Leader focusing on Organizational Development for M&A and transformation projects, collaborating with business leaders and M&A leads to drive the HR Work stream model, focusing on the transition of resources, the business integration plans, culture strategies, and providing change management best practices according to the business needs.

  • Responsible for M&A Activities including Due Diligence Review and Virtual Data Room.
  • Integration Strategy including employee communication support.
  • Leadership coaching on culture transformation and change management strategy, planning, readiness, and execution.

  • It gives the candidate's the opportunity to be recognized as the orchestrator of our Transformation Hub and benefit from a large autonomy to define how we will reach our ambitions with respect to process standardization (think globally, steer regional and local deployments).
  • This role offers a unique opportunity for the candidate to be part of a growing HR Transformation Hub team and support the group’s ambitious portfolio transformation journey.


You will bring:


  • Agility and flexibility with day to day change, detail oriented, diligent/accuracy is a must, organized/time management, assertive with leadership presence, presentation and communication skills, team collaboration, and process oriented.
  • Experience in Integration Strategy, Culture, Change Management, HR Baseline Management, Communication, and Training.
  • Strong Business Acumen, HR Knowledge, Compliance, Employment Law, Operating Model and Organizational Restructuring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
