Project Coordinator (Web Content)

Key Support Areas and Responsibilities

• Support time sensitive updates throughout Event eg. Copy changes, date and speaker changes, field changes
• Registration forms
• Track content readiness - what’s delivered, final, still needed, and dates
• Collect content from various teams for posting to Event site(s)
• Create and load content into various CMS tools (training will be provided)
• Email flow and templates
• Sessions, Speakers, event details
• Manage registration and attendance reporting throughout event
• 3-4 years experience

Content creation and editorial support capabilities (creative assets and copy)- preferred.

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Be online and available during US business hours, able to turn things around quickly
• Will be interacting and coordinating with the Event team throughout the day via Slack, email, meetings

The US base range for this contract position is $20 - 30/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
