Summary
Under supervision performs work that is varied and may be somewhat technical in nature but involves limited responsibility for final decisions, some evaluation, originality or ingenuity required, know and applies fundamental concepts and procedures, may check work or support or earlier levels of technical or staff workers.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Financial KPI: Generate Financial KPI (Key Performance Indicator) such as PL (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheet, Aged Inventory, Accounts Receivable (AR) and other financial metrics and share with leadership team as well as presenting in meetings as needed.
  • Project Support: Ensure all of the project milestones are met by following up and facilitating discussions among the team members. Understand the business process and ability to troubleshoot with user experiences/challenges and provide solutions
  • Budget Support: Support communicating, scheduling, preparing, uploading, and consolidating the section level material for SBU (Strategic Business Unit) consolidated reporting
  • System Agility (SharePoint, VBA, DX): Control and maintain SharePoint Site for access, contents. Understand the business process and ability to automate by incorporating new automations. Ability to learn new software to offer solutions for business and share with others.
  • Communication Management: Communicate requirements for business deliverables with clear expectations as well as presenting the summary findings in meetings. Take key summary notes and share with the team members with clear person in charge (PIC), action items, and due dates. Prepare templates, request and consolidate the presentation contents for various business meetings.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and schedule bi-annual business meetings, and other monthly/weekly meetings. Communicate the deadline, consolidate presentation material and other miscellaneous event items that are necessary.
Skills/Education Required
Bachelors degree in business, management or related field. Minimum of 3-6 years of work experience in project management. Experience with understanding the business processes and automating the processes. Working in teams, participating in collaborative culture, ability to support process improvements, an understanding of Problem-solving principles, learning agility, and project management
