Core Responsibilities


  • Oversee and support the hiring processes for timely candidate selection. Responsible for fostering a positive team culture.
  • Conducting project meetings and tracking project deliverables, including weekly executive briefings.
  • The PM shall be a single point of contact for the CO and the COR.
  • Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
  • Responsible for monthly complex staffing reports, including statistics, trend analysis and other relevant information; responsible for all other types of reporting requirements
  • Monitors progress and resolves any identified issues affecting successful project / program completion.
  • Performing an integrated Program Management function to ensure effective cost, schedule, and technical requirements are achieved.
  • Responsible for execution based on Medical Quality Management Plan (MQM) and generating monthly MQM reports.
  • Acts as a technical advisor, and implements processes and procedures for effective program management.
  • Defining and assigning project scope and objectives.
  • Acts as the record keeper for meetings minutes, tracking deliverables and tracking partner reports.
  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Possesses and exercises general knowledge of all technical and management areas of the contract.
  • Possesses strong communication skills. Prepares and delivers solid presentations and effectively facilitates/presents to various stakeholders. Has strong oral and written communication skills to clearly instruct the project team.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people to work towards achieving the customer’s goals.
  • Program Manager shall demonstrate full understanding of Healthcare project management communicating to healthcare employees to determine where they stand on current programs, and updating executives on program details, estimated completion dates, and important aspects of on going TSA organizational processes.
  • Interfacing with all areas affected by the project including customer’s end users, computer services, and client services divisions.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
  • Conduct bi-weekly customer stakeholder meetings and presenting financial and technical reports to maintain exceptional customers satisfaction levels.
  • Provides management and execution oversight for all administrative, operational, managerial, and hiring decisions, as well as for risk management, quality assurance, task prioritization, and contract deliverables adherence.
  • Represents Valor in all relevant meetings with Prime and Government representatives and generates comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivers regular reporting to customer as required leveraging the customer tools when appropriate and necessary.
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Gathering and providing multiple levels of metrics for management review showing functionality of the services and value add to the organization.
  • Ensures full compliance with Government and Valor mandated training requirements.
  • Establishing, documenting, and managing the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and sustaining activities.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must have program/project management skills including project planning, scheduling, reporting, hiring and orientation, data analytics, communication, leveraging advanced computer skills,
  • The PM will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university by the Department of Education (DoE) in business, healthcare, or related field of study
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills as well as strong task and time management skills.
  • Ten (10) plus years of experience managing large, complex programs and 5 or more years in Healthcare experience.
