Job Description

Locations: San Francisco, CA| Baltimore, MD | Boston, MA | Houston, TX | Los Angeles, CA | San Diego, CA


:

  • Follow-up with requestors to make sure Meta’s metrics standards are followed. Close the loop with Review approvers. Be the point of contact to help resolve any impediment in the review process
  • Consistently improving the efficiency of the program and our ability to the meet the SLA
  • Organize & lead office hours for the prioritized requests
  • Help team with intake process on monetization metrics review process
  • Ensure the metrics quality bar is held across all the XFN team
  • Running the compliance with central program (ladders into the maturity framework, compliance with catalog requirements)
  • Running the awareness program (e.g., product group scorecard)
  • Along with metrics subject matter experts, help prioritize review in-take requests across Meta’s Monetization organization.
  • Scheduling with other teams tasks to improve metrics quality (part of the scorecard)
  • Be the facilitator for any ad-hoc conversations outside of the office hours to make sure we are making progress on each review.
  • Metrics Review program tracking & weekly status reporting


Skills Needed:

  • Driven by data & results oriented: Must be proficient with data & dashboards. Use the data to make informed decisions & drive all program milestones to successful completion.
  • Collaboration: Must be able to work effectively with others and build consensus towards decisions.
  • Management skills: Have experience in managing governance programs involving multiple stakeholders. Must have a keen eye for details to ensure that all aspects are considered and addressed.
  • Communication skills: Must be able to understand functional & process related information and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to ensure that all participants understand the issues being discussed. Should be able to analyze and evaluate information presented and offer constructive feedback to participants.
  • Leadership: Should be able to inspire confidence and guide participants towards a common goal in accordance with the organization and team goals.
