• New Product Introduction and Process Validation experience: Having experience in managing new product introduction programs and process validation is a plus. They should have a good understanding of the product development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and commercialization.
• Effective communication is a critical skill for Program Manager.
• Medical Device Experience: While not required, having experience in the medical device industry is a plus. They should have a basic understanding of the regulatory requirements and quality systems related to the development, testing, and commercialization of medical devices.
• Previous Program Manager experience: they should have experience working in a program management role, where they have overseen and managed multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP Certification or Equivalent: candidate should have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification that demonstrates their knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and practices.
