Program Manager (Government Contracts)

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Program Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for tracking program budgets and resource allocations and must have the ability to work with a wide range of professionals
• The candidate will drive the accomplishment of tactical milestones to reach project/program objectives while ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategy.
• The Program Manager will work closely with Engineering and R&D teams who the Program Manager will be working with daily to monitor/track and report the progress of all customer programs
• Will work closely with Sales and Government Relations to assist in the capture of future customer programs/opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Government Contracts experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in technical program management.
