Description
Program Director
The program director will carry the responsibility of compliance and monitoring of licensing guidelines and programmatic adherence. He or she will be supervised and overseen by the Executive team.
Minimal position requirements are age 25 with two years’ experience in program development and management of agency adherence to agency standards and guidelines. The candidate should Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field; intern status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or license eligible, preferred. Interns working towards a master’s degree will be considered and supervision is available. Verification of degree/education is required prior to beginning employment
- Provides management and supervision to residential staff
- Provides therapy for 1-3 Clients
- Meets therapist requirements for the seen Clients

- Grants/Contract Management and Reporting
- Administrator, Licensing, Audit, Surveys and Compliance
- Program development
- Directs and manages interdisciplinary treatment team on site to ensure participation
- Fiscal Monitoring and Planning
- Quality Improvement: Management team and On Call rotation
- Ensures assessment and treatment are provided in accordance with appropriate
- Accrediting agencies
- Site Management and Safety
- Ensures quality of youth care in order to comply with licensing, regulatory and
- Community Relations
- Maintains safe, secure, therapeutic environment for consumers
- Ensures proper documentation of treatment: qualitative, quantitative and timely
- Programming and Milieu Management
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Hiring is contingent upon receiving MO State Highway fingerprint clearance, Family Care Safety Registry child abuse and neglect clearance, a negative TB test, and a physical clearance. Current CPR/AED/1stAid required prior to
employment.
