POSITION – Production Worker
JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (5am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri and Saturdays optional)
STARTING PAY – $16.00/hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED Preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience preferred
While working in production, you will be doing various different duties in the process of producing fiber barrels. You may be assisting with machine operation, gluing, quality control, finishing, banding, etc. This company produces fiber barrels from start to finish including shipping and transporting them across many states. The barrels are very light but can be large and bulky.
Responsibilities

• Help with packaging of product from start to finish
• Package product
• Reliability and a desire to work
• Create containers for product

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn multiple job duties
• Be able to stand all day
• Safety minded and aware of surroundings
• Work as a team and also individually
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently
