Production Associate

Job Summary

As for the role of Production Associate, here is what we are looking for specifically:

IMS Trading is looking for FT Production Associates to support our Audubon facility. You will be responsible for working with a team of individuals manufacturing various products, including bath and body products. We are a company with a strong corporate culture. Our team includes some of the brightest minds in the consumer goods industry. Our company is experiencing explosive growth which means things move fast around here!

Operating Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

FT includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Package goods and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses.
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment, including use of industrial sewing machines.
• Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products.
• Assist in Warehouse functions as needed
• Utilize machinery such as sewing machines, thread cutters, and pinning gun.

Skills And Knowledge

• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good technical and mechanical skills
• Time management skill
• Sewing experience or ability to acquire skill.

Education And Experience

• Experience of working on a Production Line or other similar position
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• High School diploma/GED preferred or in progress.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require lifting, standing, carrying, or sitting for prolonged periods during shift, working in a space that lacks climate control.
