Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: Louisville, KY (Remote)

Duration: 5+ Months Contract

Job Summary/Description

• Collaborates with the Medicaid IT State Leads, business leaders, Medicaid Vendor Management, Incident and Problem Management, and other areas of IT, to understand and improve IT operational performance as it supports Medicaid business
• Participates on all the Major incidents impacting Medicaid Population and represent Medicaid’s technology requirements in terms of state SLA, issue resolution, alternative ways to serve the Medicaid population during the outage
• Works on set up of FTP and file transfers for existing state implementations
• Strong understanding of Cloud methodologies and Devops Solid understanding of operations, technology, and processes
• Candidate should have strong technical knowledge on Mainframe, Open Technologies including but not limited to .Net framework and Java.
• Involved in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) meetings to understand the root cause of the major incidents impacting Medicaid and discuss on solutions to avoid recurrence
• Supports in partnering with Medicaid Vendor Management in the negotiation and administration of the IT-related components of any such contracts, ensuring that state-mandated
• Supports in leading the discussions related to the non-critical but major Medicaid issues to resolution which involves multiple internal IT areas
• Supports monitoring and addressing IT issues to make sure our Medicaid technology is performing optimally, maintaining compliance with all Medicaid state contract requirements
• The member will be required to monitor the environment for State required transmission files, fix production issues, perform RCA etc
