Production Supervisor Jobs

Role: Production Supervisor

Hours: 2nd Shift (1:50pm-10pm)

Summary: Lead team to improve plant processes, manage production staff, resolve production issues, ensure resource availability, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sanitation operations for a clean and food-safe environment.
• Train employees for effective job performance.
• Evaluate employee performance and facilitate improvement.
• Monitor production for quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Manage various business functions and foster a team-oriented workforce.
• Support safety programs and adherence to safety requirements.
• Enforce plant rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and capable of multitasking and leadership.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Proficiency in plant equipment and safety.
• Ability to work weekends and shifts with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is advantageous.
