Production & Packaging Associates- Immediate Hire

Join a great team in Mooresville, NC as a production and packaging associate. The production and packaging associate is responsible for the production or packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This position is a support role for several areas including but not limited to packing, assembly, inspection, and labeling. Candidates must be flexible and perform various plant labor positions.
Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Rotating Shift - 6:15 pm to 6:30 am
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Some Of Your Duties Include

• Perform related duties as required by supervisors
• Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations
• Must be able to keep up with the pace of production.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting
• Production on a fast-paced assembly line or environment

You Will Need To

• Use of hands in repetitive motion
• Maintain the production pace of other team members
• Due to the environment of the plant, you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
