Responsibilities And Duties

• Utilizing various machines and equipment such as angle line machines, bevellers, saws, shears, burners, laser cutters, rolling machines, press brakes, welders, machining centers, lathes, and lasers.
• Following safety and quality protocols and procedures.
• Ensuring workplace safety is a top priority.
• Operating machines, including making necessary adjustments and replacing tooling, guides, jigs, and fixtures.
• Performing other assigned tasks as needed.

Shift Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 pm

Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Capability to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa.
• Familiarity with measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools, such as hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, grinders, and banders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Capable of setting up and operating multiple processing machines.
• Ability to interpret simple blueprints.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and cranes.
• Consistently delivering high-quality work to both internal and external customers.
• Understanding of metric to English conversions.

Physical Requirements

• Air and/or skin exposure to oils and cutting fluids.
• Atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin, such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
• Potential hazards, such as moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, high heat, and chemicals.
• Exposure to various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors, including temperature changes, loud noises, vibrations from equipment, and the following:
