Full-Time/Direct opportunity with a CNC Machining company (1st Shift).

This position oversees the entire production process, strategizes with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and also runs quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute manufacturing plan based on sales opportunities while meeting customer demand
• Analyze order backlog and opportunities to maximize sales and inventory turns
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Employee scheduling
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage new product launches on the floor
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Troubleshoot/solve technical machining/manufacturing issues on the floor
• Continuous improvement activity
• Training evaluation and management of production employees
• Analyze machine capacity constraints to create and execute machine set up schedule
• Manage and evaluate entire production process

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of production experience in machining manufacturing
• 8+ years of employee management experience in machining manufacturing
• Minimum education required: High School Diploma
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
