Job Title: Production Manager

Locations: Concord, NH

Duration: Full Time, Permanent & Onsite

Job Details::-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Experience in production management preferably within injection molding or plastics manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities::-

Formulate and execute production plans aligned with upcoming sales order deadlines.

Optimize workforce allocation, ensuring efficient material usage and meeting output requirements.

Correct and reconcile daily production and inventory counts as needed in order to maintain accurate records.

Oversee shift operations to optimize material and labor deployment minimizing waste.

Provide daily production reports to personnel identify areas for operational improvements.

Maintain clean and orderly work areas, fostering a safe and productive environment.

Motivate and lead production staff to achieve work goals and uphold quality standards.

Assign tasks for all 3 shifts to meet production requirements and communicate labor deployment and priorities between shifts.

Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers and enhance productivity.

Create work instructions (manufacturing procedures) for production personnel to follow.

Oversee the training and output of production employees.

Collaborate with Project Management to develop manufacturing procedures in anticipation of new tool/program arrivals.

Actively participate in facility-wide 5S initiatives to promote organization and efficiency.

Oversee recruitment and training, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.

Gather production data for reporting and analyze performance against goals.

Help create training documents.
