Essential Functions
Responsible for the productivity and quality control throughout the facility.
Monitor and maintain company targets and standards for performance and growth.
Manage production staff to meet our company goals in productivity, throughput, cycle time and CSI to keep us in the top 5% of the industry.
Direct production staff to meet and exceed our completion goals. Hold team accountable for providing the highest level of customer service in the industry and living the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA) every day.
Recruit, manage and develop employees for future growth within our organization.
Measures quality standards by performing in-process and final quality checks.
Nurtures positive team spirit for strong relationships.
Excels in a fast paced, competitive work environment while ensuring positive employee morale. Creating and instilling a sense of urgency with the team to exceed goals.
Ensure that the shop is maintained, clean and organized.
