Job Description

As a Production Machine Operator, you will use your strong mechanical and communication skills to operate, disassemble and assemble production-related equipment. You’ll set up, clean, changeover, and inspect production equipment for proper startups. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prioritizing Safety & Quality First – From your first day, you’ll start training to get up to speed on how to follow company safety rules and good manufacturing practices. No injuries here!
  • Operating Equipment Efficiently – Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically-based machines. Your talent for all things technical will ensure they are set up properly, working well, and producing quality products. With your help, we’ll continue to lead the way in efficiency and safety!
  • Working as a Team – Provide coverage for other employees on extended work schedules, vacations or other time off. It’s a team effort, and your dedication to partnering with others will elevate your career. You will establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant as you work together to ensure everything is in place. With a commitment to collaboration, you will help make our winning culture even stronger.
  • Managing Machine Performance – Ensure machines are stocked and working at full capacity. As a meticulous worker, you’ll take care to keep our machines well-maintained as you perform periodic checks while inspecting products.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
