The Production Lead is responsible for the successful distribution of timely and accurate deliverables for several Value Based Program initiatives. They will lead a team of developers and orchestrate several prioritized outputs simultaneously. They will collaborate with QA/UTA team to resolve any defects and contribute to process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency. The Production Lead will effectively communicate with business stakeholders and will contribute to solution design through analysis and discussion. They are aware of agreed-upon timeframes and protocols and holds themselves accountable for meeting high standards. The above will be achieved through demonstrated integrity, improving the client experience, clearly collaborating with others, contributing innovative ideas in a changing environment and driving for results.

    • HEDIS tracking Reports for 1 client: HEDIS Lost Compliance, HEDIS Metric Mapping, HEDIS Quality Summary Trend, and HEDIS Provider Trend
  • Create and vet weekly/monthly/quarterly production outputs
    • Weekly Member Change Report
    • Weekly CCT file
    • Weekly Attribution Report
    • Monthly Payment Summary Report
    • Monthly Invalid Activity Billing Report
    • Monthly High Cost/High Utilizer Report
    • Monthly Metric Performance Report
    • Monthly Tableau Dashboard
    • Monthly Opt In report
    • Quarterly Provider Performance Report Cards (over 200)
  • Monthly Payment Summary Report
  • Weekly Member Change Report
  • Production team management
  • Performance Report Cards for over 425 providers

  • Assist with production of state mandated quarterly outputs for 3 clients and quarterly outputs for 1 client. Annual revenue - $1.73M Outputs include:
    • Performance Report Cards for over 425 providers
    • Member Level Detail Reports for over 425 providers
    • Member Panel Reports for over 425 providers
    • Data (HIE) Detail Reports for 2 clients
      • HEDIS tracking Reports for 1 client: HEDIS Lost Compliance, HEDIS Metric Mapping, HEDIS Quality Summary Trend, and HEDIS Provider Trend
    • Metric Reports for 2 clients and Quality Summary Tableau Reports for 2 clients
    • Sample Report Cover letters (2)
    • Quarterly Datamarts for 2 clients
  • Metric Reports for 2 clients and Quality Summary Tableau Reports for 2 clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics
  • 3+ years of leading a group of developers
  • 5+ years of experience in SSIS
  • 10+ years of experience in SQL scripting
  • Experience in team collaboration and managing competing priorities, with solid analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience scoping, deriving and building case-based testing from business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare claims experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
