THE ROLE:

Guardian is rapidly expanding and needs a highly motivated self-starter to join ourproduction department. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing top level customer service while processing work orders, analyzing job details for accuracy,communicating, and updating clients at all stages of their project, invoicing and collecting, on 40-50 projects per week. The Production Coordinator serves as the liaison between thecustomer and production department,where over 30% of our projects are generated from repeat customers and customer referrals. The candidate plays a vital rolein impacting our 92% customer satisfaction rate average and more than 1,000positive reviews on Google.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:


•Base wages of $28 - $34 per hour ($58,000 to $70,000 per year) PLUS

SCHEDULE:


•M-F, shift between 8 am to 6 pm with the expectation of working up to8 Saturdays per year


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Create and schedule work orders for projects within 72 hours from the time theproject was sold with attention to detail and revenue goals

•Maintain a 92% call answer percentage for the production department and callsissued to your phone

•Update customers regarding scheduling starts, delays, updates, and/orcompletions daily and at times hourly

•Follow up with customer concerns, questions and/or problems within 12hours of notice

•Collect 90% of all completed projects

•Maintain 0 open tasks by assuring completion by the due date assigned(assigned to you or that you assigned to a team member)

•Work directly with the production manager for coordinating change orders,callbacks, warranties, and walkthroughs

•Participate and contribute in team meetings – laugh and have fun atwork!

REQUIREMENTS:


•2 years of Construction/Labor industry experience (required)

•3 years of customer service experience (required)

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English (preferred)

•1 year of experience with processing new work orders preferred

•1 year of experience managing or coordinating a large volume of active jobspreferred

•Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

•Professional, friendly, outgoing, and courteous communication skills

•Respectful and empathetic to clients and team

•Attention to detail with 100% accuracy to data input

•Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time while sitting at a desk andworking on a computer

•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

•Elevation to Purchasing Coordinator

-$70,000 - $85,000, plus incentives


•Elevation to Production Manager

-$95,000 - $120,000, plus incentives
