Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Production Coordinator for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company.
What is the opportunity?
Production Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out functions related to the material order (New House or Miscellaneous)/production schedule/delivery schedule processes at (1) or more TIS locations (including outside partners). This is a computer-driven, app-based position on a Team located in multiple geographical locations.
What are the primary responsibilities?

• Setting up and coordinating production ready jobs to supervisors
• Cycle counting/inventory
• Identify delivery date and manage scheduling of delivery of materials
• Communicate internally and externally [with jobsites/customers] to resolve issues associated with orders (part numbers, delivery dates, etc.)
• Emailing site delivery notifications
• Conducting daily quality inspections
• Review/analyze and process New House Orders or miscellaneously ordered materials.
• Resolve job-site issues with plans supported by TIS
• All other duties as assigned
• Answer all incoming calls

Do you have these qualifications?

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in related job function or field

• High School Diploma or equivalent
