Qualifications:
Must be referred by a current/active MOBIS Georgia Team Member to qualify.
Prefer assembly experience (1-3 years).
High School Diploma/GED or above preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Expectations – Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
Role – The team member is part of a production team that uses a variety of hand tools to assemble automotive modules and bumpers with quality, efficiency, and safety in mind.
Responsibilities:
  • Assure that all work is performed accordingly to work order request and specification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Visual inspect incoming material to production line to ensure no defects.
  • Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
  • Ensure equipment and work stations are cleaned daily.
  • Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
  • Understand and perform job task in a safe, quality and timely manner.
  • Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace.
