As a member of our Marketing team, you will use data, cross-team collaboration, and creativity to find innovative ways to promote all aspects of our company that make us stand out as a leader within our industry. Successful candidates will be able to work independently while also collaborating with a small team dedicated to marketing.


As a Product Marketer, your primary responsibility will be developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software services, client services, and sales to develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role will involve market research, competitive analysis, product launches, and ongoing marketing campaigns to generate demand and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements


  • Collaborate with the software services, client services, and sales teams to develop captivating content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our products, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with software services, client services, and sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and value propositions, translating them into compelling marketing messages that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and key market trends. Use market insights to inform product roadmap and marketing initiatives.


Experience


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and product positioning strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience minimum of 3 years in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the technology/software industry.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, Salesforce, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex concepts effectively.


Work Location and Travel


  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% by airplane and/or car, with overnights.
  • This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US. Can live anywhere in the US.

Annual base salary range: $65,000 - $150,000.


The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors.
