Drayage Product Manager & Analyst

Pay Rate: 84,200 - $149,200

They hybrid role is primarily based in Carson, California.

The Supply Chain Business Analyst/Product Manager is a key resource who intimately understands the supply chain, has at least 3+ years of experience, and MUST have worked with Drayage, YMS & TMS systems. Individuals with hands-on operational knowledge are encouraged to apply. The individual will be responsible for defining business processes, documenting business requirements, test scripts, testing business scenarios, and building reports. The individual will provide training and support to users and staff. Experience with Silver Bullet Technologies is highly desired.

Responsibilities

·Deep experience in Drayage/TMS/YMS systems. This is a must-have requirement,

·Strong understanding of transload & cross dock. Nice to have.

·Analyzes data from Drayage/TMS/WMS/YMS.

·Ensure analysis is completed within the specified period and budget.

·Engages the stakeholders to get requirements.

·Identify and define business needs and requirements.

·Gathers and analyzes data to inform decision-making.

·Document processes and create specifications for business systems and IT departments.

·Work with IT teams & operations to develop and implement solutions.

·Manage and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.

·Create reports using Crystal Reports.

·Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

·Assist in the development of business strategies and plans.

·Applications support from a User/Functional perspective

·Communicates project status to management, customers, and vendors.

·Coordinates with other IT project teams.

·Provides training and support on software and data tools to users and staff.

Qualifications

·Must have 3+ years of experience in Drayage/TMS/YMS systems

·Experience with software products like Exceed, Trinium, Silver Bullet or others is highly desirable.

·Process definition and documentation experience essential.

·Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports.

·Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

·Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities.

·Project Management experience a plus.

·College degree desired
