Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a role on the Credit Journey team. Credit Journey is a digital financial health and planning tool that provides credit score monitoring and identity protection services and currently has over 25M enrollees. The successful candidate for this role will lead a team focused on identifying and building scalable products and features to address customer pain points and drive value for CCB.


Job Responsibilities


  • Influence working teams and advise senior management on key decision points (using fact-based data points)
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for expanding Credit Journey to additional customer segments
  • Provide thought leadership for ways to create additional value from new offerings built off of relevant, cross-LOB digital assets
  • Review & improve the work aligns to the overall initiative, plans for the future and JPMC strategic priorities
  • Collaborate closely with other pillar leads and technology partners on product development and platform stability and resiliency
  • Drive senior stakeholder communications and OKR/KPI reporting, manage business case partnership with finance team, Maintain innovative intelligence insights and strategic positioning
  • Develop MVP and roadmap together with LOB and quad partners, Execute against a comprehensive roadmap


Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills


  • Required to have excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools, Bachelor's degree required with excellent academic background
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative, excellent work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging plans for the future, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and storytelling / deck-writing skills required
  • Demonstrated excellent ability to analyze problems, quantitative analytics against large data sets, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written), and demonstrated influencing skills to work in cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in agile product development environments


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills


  • Diverse problem-solving experience, such as experience with strategy groups/consulting or related functions a plus
  • Prior experience in financial services industry; digital product management/development, or strategy experience; experience in P&L management preferred.
