As a cross-functional team leader, you take automated driving vehicle features and functions from concept to grave, collaborating closely with your development partners. You are able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, with the ability to manage multiple high priority programs. You are self-motivated and consistently take initiatives! You inspire others to collaborate working toward our ambition of the best-in-class customer experiences and business objectives. You are a true people person and draw energy by succeeding as a team.
Position Requirements
  • You always represent our customers' perspective while working with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • You must possess a blend of business acumen and in-depth technical understanding of automated driving features
You Will Be Responsible For
  • Customer-focused feature roadmaps for future vehicles in the respective markets
  • Supplier engagement and commercial interactions representing the B2B customer requirements
  • Making micro decisions during development ensuring the best customer experience is delivered
  • P&L of assigned highly automated feature category in Americas and Asia/Pacific markets
  • Definition of new features and customer requirements to enable best customer experiences
  • Market context, from competitive analysis to technology trends
  • All aspects of customer needs including collection of data, communication, and prioritization

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working on projects with technology that translates to fleet customer benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams globally
  • Proven skill in developing compelling narratives about customer benefits and developing customer requirements that have been successfully implemented
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree field
  • Grow and nurture a team to allow each team member to shine and have fun!
  • High emotional intelligence and proven ability to demonstrate mental flexibility
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a Product Management or Product Owner role
  • Ability to see the big picture and create/manage a robust 10-yr plan while not losing focus on daily operations
  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Unwavering passion for autonomous driving technologies and the benefits they deliver to our customers
  • Experience working in startups specializing in autonomous driving business models
  • Experience working with regional feature planners to collaborate and prioritize customer-centric customer experiences
