Product Engineer Jobs

We are conducting a confidential search for a Product Engineer with a company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-road vehicle markets. This is a hybrid position and it is based in the metro Detroit area.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Primary point of contact with OE customers

-Conduct product and system level analysis

-Interface with advanced engineering groups to position company for future business growth

-Act as technical liaison to customer, communicating technical information as needed

-Track competitive activity and be aware of industry trends

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* BSME, BSEE, or equivalent degree

* 3+ years experience as an Application Engineer/Product Engineer/Project Engineer

* Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and/or off-road vehicle industries

* Experience with electronic and/or electromechanical systems and components

* Experience in a customer-facing role

* Very good communication skills
