Job Title: Product Engineer
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to product engineering, and apply them to enhance our product development processes.
- Utilize your expert-level proficiency in Solidworks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to validate product designs, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform feasibility studies and design optimizations to improve product functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to provide engineering support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless product integration.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define testing protocols, perform product testing, and analyze test results for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct simulations, analysis, and optimization using relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product design, safety, and quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with product design and development, from concept to production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Solidworks, with a strong understanding of 3D modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings.
