Job Description

Job Summary:

(Entry Level) The Product Catalog Manager is responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's product catalog, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date product information is available to customers across all sales channels. The Product Catalog Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce to ensure that all product data is accurate, complete, and optimized for search and sales performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product data.
  • Work with third-party vendors and suppliers to obtain product data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement processes for the efficient management of product data, including data entry, editing, and updates.
  • Continuously research and identify opportunities for optimization of the product catalog to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Monitor product data quality and resolve any issues related to incomplete or inaccurate product information.
  • Manage the company's product catalog and ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce to ensure that all product data is optimized for search and sales performance.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiar with computers and windows 11
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management tools.
  • Highschool diploma or GED
