- Collaborates with business owners and other Analysts to determine technology needs and translates those needs into system requirements and design specifications
- Works with all departments throughout the product delivery cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensure timely completion of Product Analyst deliverables
- Ability to multi task, given various task assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Takes ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals

- Assists in the creation and validation of reports
- Works with other Product Analysts to identify product data gaps and helps lead enhancement efforts focused on the care management aspects of the business
- Identifies opportunities to streamline operations and enhance data integrations
- Works with IT leadership in the preparation of system development artifacts such as requirements, analysis, process flow and design system documentation including data flows, user guides and system administration procedures for portal and workflow applications
- Provides tier 2 customer support to the product team
- 1-3 years professional experience.
- A background working with a fast paced, results oriented environment
- Some travel may be required but less than 25%
- Knowledge of business process improvement, workflows, evaluation of processes, and business process modeling
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation
- Knowledge of data technologies such as SQL, Teradata and excel are preferred
- Knowledge of tools used to model, build, test and implement application solutions preferred
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes
- Ability to accomplish IT project assignments, analyzing a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management on aspects of IT system development, operations and solutions
- Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
