Job Description

Procurement Program Manager
Location: Boise, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Position Summary
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for translating GP strategy program roadmaps to program roadmaps to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization. You will support leaders in driving cost savings programs, organizational alignment, and category performance. You are proficient in applying project management and organizational change management concepts to achieve GP strategic priorities. Developing trusted partnerships with stakeholders to build support and collaboration, enabling successful project implementation is one of the success indicators for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive program metrics and develop key indicators and goals to support the program.
  • Define methods for measuring and monitoring program performance.
  • Regularly report on project status, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.

  • Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and capture project or program return of investment.

  • Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to convey complex issues concisely and accurately to all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Expert in written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in program, change, and process management, including solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification ( PROSCI) preferred.
  • Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management ( e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent
  • PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in program management involving multiple stakeholders in large and medium-sized projects in a technology-driven industry.
  • MBA or master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science with 3-6 years of experience in program management
