As a Procurement Operations Coordinator, you will use your demand planning expertise to discover and connect with stakeholders around supply availability, schedule, and optimizing cost. Your pride in innovation and the bigger picture is what we are looking for!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Planning and Communication – You could manage anything from packaging materials to raw ingredients along with costing availability for innovation. Pinpointing contract changes and creating transition plans with managers.
  • Procurement Execution – You’ll be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding daily operational activity to ensure supply availability and schedule adherence, cost optimization, contract execution and adherence, and delivery of initiatives.
  • Collaboration – You will be responsible to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of our internal customers and ensure external customers are delivering products on time and in full supply.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and detailed information.
  • High school diploma/GED with Supply Chain or Operations experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
