Job Description

This is a long term contract that is hybrid to Riverwoods.

  • Oversee and manage the monthly forecast process for the Information Management group, including working with Finance to provide monthly updates and ensuring prompt payment of vendor invoices
  • Serve as the primary interface with the Vendor on all matters involving contract execution. Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with the vendor.
  • Maintain relationships with all 3rd party service providers including strategic analytic vendors across risk and other organizations
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets are evident. Seek assistance in resolving problems as they arise
  • Manage the entire vendor management process, including engagement with SMEs across the organization to drive efficiency and eliminate duplicate requests for information
  • Lead the team to create vendor management processes within the Information Management team to ensure transparency, compliance, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Participate as a team lead on proposal activities. Insure that the requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of proposals
  • Assure a timely closeout of completed task orders / agreements to ensure that all obligations are satisfied and documentation is properly recorded
  • Manage the contract renewal and negotiations process. Focus on adding efficiencies and structure to the process
  • Provide leadership to data strategy team. Assures communication and cooperation among team members and resolves areas of conflict
  • Assure that contracts are executed in accordance with appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures ( federal acquisition regulations)
  • Prepare for and participate in contract negotiations. While representing Company’s interests, assure that company policy and government regulatory guidance is adhered
  • Coordinate with CSG on issues pertaining to contract requirements, changes, and interpretations
  • Timely closure of Compliance-related action plans and unresolved findings, and partnerships with the TPRM and Compliance teams to ensure that contracts meet all the required regulations


Required Skills:

Expertise in quality management, RFP development, vendor selection, and service level measurement

Experience in improvement efforts such as implementation for cost reduction and performance improvement

Experience with cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting progress

Experience in leading other departments on a vendor / product selection process including finance, legal and CSG
