Procurement Analyst Jobs

We're officially on the search for a Procurement Analyst to manage saleable inventory within the GHOST Beverage organization. Will be responsible for the management of suppliers until material inventory is ready to be shipped direct to one of our co-packers, 3PL warehouses or a GHOST warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive/build out inventory from co-manufacturers within NetSuite (ERP)
• Purchase order placement to all suppliers within the beverage network and life cycle tracking of raw materials within the network
• Work with the manufacturing partners to fix any systematic versus physical errors
• Work with suppliers to manage production schedule and ability to adjust within a short time frame to meet customer demand
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field of study, or the equivalent, required
• Strong technical skills working with an ERP - NetSuite preferred
• Proficient with Excel and analyzing data/working with numbers across systems and spreadsheets
• Must have strong attention to detail skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team skills
• 3+ years of experience in raw material procurement, inventory management, inventory control, production planning; preferably in the food or beverage consumer products industry
