Farnsworth Group is seeking a Process Engineer – Entry Level in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will work with experienced engineers for a variety of clients in the semiconductor and industrial markets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the semiconductor engineering industry as you start your career!
Job Activities:
  • Modeling (hydraulic modeling, piping, or HVAC systems sizing, etc.)
  • Engineering design of process water, wastewater, gas and chemical systems
  • CAD/BIM support
  • Preparation of construction documents
  • Engineering calculations
Specific Requirements include:
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, preferred
  • 0-3 years of engineering work experience. Intern experience desired, with preference in the design and construction industry.
  • Encourages and supports a safety-oriented culture
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General semiconductor process knowledge working with wafer facilities desired
  • Experience with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) desired
  • Engineering In Training (EIT) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering required
  • General knowledge of Word, Excel, Acrobat and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • A solid understanding of thermodynamic, fluid flow, and mass balance principles.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
