Private Equity Associate (Tech)

Qualifications

• Capable of multi‐tasking, with strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of risk/reward trade‐offs, and an ability to display sound investment judgment
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with exceptional academic achievement
• Previous experience in the recurring software/tech/business services industry a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking strongly preferred
• Up to 5 years of directly relevant experience with private equity or other relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Self‐starter with ability to “work a deal” and think “outside the box” when evaluating and progressing opportunities
• Fluent (written and spoken) English, CFA and/or MBA a plus, but not a requirement
