Private Equity Analyst/Associate

Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company, we are recruiting on behalf of our client.

We are looking for a Private Equity Analyst or Associate for a world leading Private Investments/alternatives manager with multiple offices globally and with significant AUM.

Important: Please only apply if are located or you are ok to relocate to the Philadelphia area. (you are expected to be in the office 4x per week).

Key information:

• Years of experience: 1-2yrs for analyst, 2-4 years for associate. If you have 4+ years you might be considered for a senior associate or VP position (responsibilities/scope would be larger as well than the ones described below).
• Location: Philadelphia area
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferable
• Prior experience in private equity or investment banking or corporate M&A or capital markets or valuation services or equivalent experience is highly preferred (important to have deals/transaction experience)
• Must be fluent in English
• Competitive Compensation

Key job activities will depend on your seniority and over time they will evolve, but at least initially, it will include:

• Industry research
• You will supervise & mentor more junior team members
• Due diligence and transforming insights into presentations and investment recommendations and memoranda
• Financial analyses (including valuation models, comparable analysis and in some cases LBO models)
• Interaction with multiple and senior stakeholders at the firm
