Principal Musician Jobs

Sacred Heart Parish in Warrensburg is seeking a Principal Musician. This position is responsible for leading and/or accompanying the assembly for the musical component of weekend liturgies and other services (e.g. weddings, funerals). Duties may involve selection of music, teaching music to the assembly, supervision of volunteer musicians/cantors, participation with committees to implement the parish’s vision of worship. This Principal Musician reports to the Pastor, Liturgist, Music Director or another parish administrator. This position requires instrumental and/or vocal skills and knowledge of Roman Catholic Liturgy.
Practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred, but not required.
