Pricing Analyst Jobs

The Pricing Analysts' main responsibility will be to prepare pricing for current contract task orders , to provide assistance and an alytical support to the Director of Pricing & Financial Analysis in proposal development by performing market research and building cost models as well as providing support for Project Accounting tasks as part of the Finance Team. Responsibilities: Responsible for the p reparation , review , and coordination with other functional area stakeholders for all c urrent c ontract t ask o rder and s mall n ew b usiness p ricing opportunities. Provides support to the Director of Pricing & Project Accounting for larger proposal development efforts to include m arket r esearch , competitive analysis, pricing template and rates development. Responsible for the update and maintenance of all standard pricing proposal templates and Pricing Product Lists

• Responsible for the administration , auditing , and maintenance for all pricing document artifacts
• Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Finance, or Business preferred
• Responsible for the administration, maintenance , and reporting requirements for the company task order management system
• Provide project accounting support as part of the Finance team to assist with tasks such as workforce setup and additions , PLC Audits, Wage Determination stipend calculations, billing, monthly financial reporting, preparation and update of project financial tracking spreadsheets and project close-out documentation
• Responsible for the maintenance and update of task order pricing process work instructions. Provides support to the Director of Pricing & Project Accounting for other pricing projects such as price adjustment requests, GSA modifications and reporting. Provide all required pricing document ation post-award needed for project startup and accounting system setup
• Four Years' experience working in pricing analysis for a government contractor or in a finance/accounting department may be substituted for the degree. Experience preparing client-ready reports, cost volumes and materials. Experience with Deltek CostPoint and report writing tools desired. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. ABILITIES REQUIRED: Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft office programs Experience with the following software preferred: SharePoint, Deltek products (Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos ) Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management s kills Ability to set and meet firm deadlines. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
