Preschool Director Jobs

The Goddard School in San Antonio is looking for a Director of Operations to work in tandem with the Director of Education and the Franchise Owner!

Our brand new early learning center is rapidly growing and we are looking to supplement our administrative team. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education, elementary education, child development or a related field, one year (1560 clock hours) of experience of working in a licensed childcare center or preschool and one year of management experience at the assistant director or director level. Candidate must possess a Director's License issued by the state of Texas or have all of the necessary qualifications to obtain one. The candidate should have vast knowledge of the Texas Minimum Licensing Standards as well as experience with payroll, budgets and scheduling to maintain our ratios at all times.
