Position Summary
Work in the exciting world of Popejoy Hall! Our organization is seeking a motivated student employee to help with a wide variety of marketing needs.
Seating up to 1985 patrons, Popejoy Hall is the largest venue of its kind in the state of New Mexico. Popejoy hosts touring Broadway shows, symphony concerts, musical soloists and artists of international caliber, world-renowned ballet and modern dance companies, and noted speakers from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
Students working in our department master a wide range of professional skills and help us meet our mission of providing access to the arts to all New Mexicans.
Position Summary: Assist with Popejoy’s email marketing, social networking, data entry, filing, and general Popejoy patron needs. Tasks may include working outreach events, transporting necessary supplies and materials, and assisting with organization of all marketing areas. Some heavy lifting required, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Detail-oriented, well organized, self-starter. Good communication skills. Interest in the arts preferred. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required. Ability to lift approximately 40lbs. Occasional nights and weekends required.
