Pool Or Hot Tub Service Technician

To primarily be responsible for helping incoming customers with all of their product needs with an acumen to upsell and ask for the sale. These tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Ability to work outdoors in a fun environment
• Answer questions about all products
• Possess the ability to work with a variety of hand and electric tools.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the pool and hot tub industry.
• Possess above average communication skills; both verbal and written as well as good organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively follow up with customers
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
