Key Duties For The Plumbing Purchasing Agent

• Efficiently prepare and process orders for plumbing parts and equipment based on Purchase Orders.
• Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and ensure consistent product invoicing.
• Evaluate products and distributors by essential criteria: quality, price, availability, and more.
• Foster robust relationships with distributors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
• Collaborate actively with vendors and industry peers.
• Monitor and forecast inventory, while maintaining the accuracy of materials processed.
• Ensure monthly vendor statements are accurate before approval.

What You’ll Bring As The Plumbing Purchasing Agent

• Proficiency in the plumbing and residential services sector.
• 3+ years of purchasing experience in plumbing.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring and forecasting.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
