Job Description
Builds the infrastructure and services required to support platforms, including monitoring, and management of server infrastructure.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implement internal APIs and tools to support backend services.
  • Builds the infrastructure and services required to support platforms, including monitoring, and management of server infrastructure.
  • Perform customization and configuration changes on platforms.
  • Maintain and improve build and release management systems
Job Qualifications
Education
  • Equivalent years of experience are defined as 4 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field or equivalent years of experience is required.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in an Information Technology role required.
Skills/Certifications
  • Applied knowledge of infrastructure technologies including infrastructure services, platform technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Must be willing to adjust schedule to perform maintenance and upgrades outside of business hours and be part of an on-call rotation.
  • Systematic, fact based decision making and problem solving.
  • Exceptional work ethic, high sense of urgency, driven, self-motivated, highly accountable with strong initiative and passion.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, problem/solution/business value descriptions that can be understood by a broad audience
  • Organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with all internal/external stakeholders, promoting diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures.
Job Specific Requirements:
  • Experience with Storage Administration and Architecture (IBM SVC, Hitachi, NetApp, DellEMC, Nutanix)
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python preferred.
  • Experience working with VMWare vSphere, vCenter preferred.
  • Experience with Backup Administration and Architecture (Cohesity, Rubrik, Commvault or IBM Spectrum Protect)
  • Experience working with SAN Switch Administration and Architecture
  • Experience with Public Cloud Storage and Backup administration or archival (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google)
