GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

Education And/Or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES , Include The Following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
- Other unskilled tasks such as: interior and exterior painting, floor tile installation and repair, interior
- Plumbing- perform routine plumbing repairs such as: replace/repair/service water heaters, clear drain lines, replace broken pipes-worn out washers- gaskets and or faucets- and floats.
cleaning, lawn mowing, leaf raking, tree/shrub trimming, debris removal, snow removal, and other
landscaping duties.
- Recognize when specialized knowledge is needed
- Basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned
